What is salt therapy (halotherapy)?
Salt therapy (halotherapy), is the inhalation and exposure of the body to dry salt aerosol. The therapy is a completely natural and safe, clinically proven technique. The main function of the dry salt aerosol is to cleanse and disinfect the respiratory tract and skin. It has a beneficial effect on your well-being and is suitable for asmaticians, people with frequent colds and similar problems.
What are the benefits of salt therapy?
Respiratory Aid
People of all ages are often exposed to a variety of stimuli, including allergens, air pollution and viruses. These everyday experiences can cause breathing problems and general discomfort. At times like these, salt therapy proves to be a natural cleansing mechanism that benefits all generations.
Antibacterial effect
The salt particles in the salt room air have natural antibacterial properties, which help reduce the risk of respiratory infections. They help strengthen the immune system and reduce susceptibility to various bacterial respiratory tract infections such as sinusitis, bronchitis and similar problems
Reducing Inflammation
Salt therapy helps to reduce inflammation in the airways, which is particularly helpful for individuals with asthma, allergic rhinitis and other respiratory problems. Reducing inflammation makes breathing easier and reduces symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath and nasal congestion.
Immune System Support
The microscopic salt particles you inhale during the therapy help to clear the airways, while also helping to improve energy and concentration. This helps you sleep better and improve your overall physical well-being. Salt therapy also has a positive effect on the skin, as it can help reduce the symptoms of various skin conditions
CENTER of SALT THERAPY
How Salt Therapy (Halotherapy) works?
Salt Room
When you enter the salt room, you will feel like you are in a salt cave. The walls, ceiling and floor are covered with organic salt. The humidity in the room is between 40 and 55% and the room temperature is between 21 and 23 C.
Beneficial effects of salt aerosol
The adult salt room has comfortable armchairs where adults can sit or lie down. In the salt room, you are exposed to the soothing effects of dry salt aerosol, which is sprayed into the salt room in a controlled way by a medical device called a halogenerator.
Chromotherapy (colour therapy)
Chromotherapy (colour therapy) is also performed during salt therapy. During the therapy, the client can listen to soothing music, meditate, read or talk. The basic therapy for adults lasts 40 min, the adult detoxification 60 min.

Who can benefit from Salt Therapy (Halotherapy)?
Children
Children face a variety of health problems such as asthma, allergies, colds and respiratory problems. Salt therapy can help relieve these problems and improve their quality of life. Salt therapy helps to dissolve mucus and make breathing easier, reduces inflammation of the airways and strengthens the immune system.
Adults
Regular exposure to salt therapy can boost the immune system and help adults prevent common infections and colds. Adults can use time in the salt room as an opportunity to relax, meditate or read, which contributes to an overall sense of well-being.
Athletes
Athletes have to rely on their airways to get enough oxygen during exercise. Salt therapy can help increase airway capacity, leading to better gas exchange and increased oxygen in the blood. It can also help to reduce inflammation in muscles and joints, which is particularly helpful when recovering from injury.
Singers
For singers, respiratory health is crucial. Salt therapy helps clear the airways, relieves nasal congestion and helps remove mucus, allowing better breathing and better control of the airflow while singing. The relaxing environment of the salt room can help improve general wellbeing and mental fitness.
